Personal Callings of those under Apostolic Mantle
This is the heart of God's ministry to the outside world of non-believers. This section describes the work of the Holy Spirit in various giftings that God wants to strengthen and establish in order to bring his body into maturity and make it effective for his glory. The coming revival will bring a greater manifestation of the spirit as described in 1 Corinth 12:1-11. A sample of range of ministries is given in 1 Corinth 12:27-29. I will be describing those under Church Leadership Ministries.
Growing in Spiritual Maturity
As you become established in your faith and ask him to give ability to serve in his body effectively by his Spirit, he will begin to manifest his Spirit in you. You may ask him for direction on what to believe and trust him for. He will start you off small and begin to grow you. The maturity level of the corporate mantle grows in proportion to the maturity of faith of the members in the body. Luke 7:1-10 shows a man having authority who understood by faith being under authority. As you learn to act in faith and obedience under his authority, he increases you.
Belief and Faith is our part
Heb 11:6. "And without Faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." The Body is built spiritually by the work of the Spirit through you. This can't be done through the efforts of man. That is why there are manifestations of the Spirit and Giftings for them to work through. The mandate of the Spirit is to grow you, gift you and enable you to become mature and competent in the work of his Spirit through you in your calling.
Church Growth And Maturity
Psalm 127:1 "Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain...".
The church must be built according to the Spirit. (God's way not our way)
We must labour in the Spirit to establish the corporate body in the Lord rather than our comfort zone.
This, for it to be effective and reflect the glory of the Lord rather than the ability of man.
